If you have already replaced the batteries then please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the remote control...
Step 1: Remove the batteries from the remote control
Step 2: While the batteries are out, press and hold the power button on the remote control for 25 seconds
Step 3: Insert the batteries back in and check if the remote control is functional

I called a customer service on it and he went through it with me and I did what he told me to do was to take the battery out and hold it for 25 seconds then I did and then he told me to put it the battery back in and push the power button and it didn't work
Yes I did call customer service on it and did everything he told me to do and it's still dont work.This has been going on within three months of use it will take some time to get the
tv on, but now its just not working.
I will need to replace the remote control.
I talked to customer service and they said it was the tv not the remote and wanted me to put in a claim for a new tv to be sent
