Blank Screen?

Try connecting the TV to a different power outlet and check if the picture comes on.If not then...

Please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the TV

Step 1:

  1. Unplug the TV cord from the power socket
  2. Leave it unplugged and while it's unplugged press and hold the Power button on the TV for 25 seconds
  3. Release the power button and plug the cord back in. Turn ON the TV using the remote control or manually and check if there's picture on the Screen

  • Model number E4ST16519.     have follow all instruction still having problem

  • This also did not work for me. This TV is less than a year since purchased and has backlight issues. Either needs new board or LEDs. Does element warranty cover this?
