If TV is on the HOME SCREEN then start the Setup procedure from STEP 7...
IF TV displays LET'S GET STARTED SCREEN, then follow the steps below...
Step 1: Select your preferred language
Step 2: Select your Country
Step 3: Select Setup for Home Use
Step 4: Select Set up new wireless connection
Step 5: Choose your preferred Network
Step 6: Enter the Password and Click on Connect
Once the TV is successfully connected to the WiFi, you will see the following Screen
Using a Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone with an Internet connection, go to the web address roku.com/link. Enter the link code displayed on the TV to proceed with your Roku Registration
Important: You must complete ALL of the steps on the website before going back to your Roku device otherwise your Roku device will not be activated. Follow the instructions on the website to create a Roku account, or login to an existing Roku account.

STEP 7:
On the TV Home Screen Select SETTINGS
Under Setting Select NETWORK
Select Setup New Connection and choose Wireless and continue to Select your WiFi Network
Enter the Password and Click on Connect
Once the TV is successfully connected to the WiFi, you will see the following Screen

Wifi connection not working
still no network found, even after inputting private network name and password
No wifi connection. I did all the tricks that appears and nothing works. No MAC direction. It seems that my WIFI card is not working.
No wifi connection. Other smart TV'S in house work. When I scan for networks nothing shows up. When initially setting up TV last summer it worked
Keep having to reset process every TIME I watch tv..restart process.

I chatted with someone in customer support, and they said they would be sending me an email. We tried everything he said. My tv will not find the wireless connection.

What happened to Roku? I’ve always loved it! Now I have to buy a Fire Stick and switch everything over! Very unhappy!
