Monitor doesn't Power On?

Please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the Monitor...

Step 1: Connect the Monitor to a different power outlet to check if it turns ON

If it doesn't, follow the below troubleshooting procedure

1. Unplug the monitor cord from the power socket
2. Leave it unplugged and while it's unplugged press and hold the Power button on the monitor for 20 to 25 seconds
3. Release the power button and plug the cord back in and check if the monitor is powers ON
