Please follow the below procedure to Enable or Disable the TV Voice Guide
STEP 1: Press Home button on the TV remote and select SETTINGS
STEP 2: Under Settings select the option ACCESSIBILITY
STEP 3: Under ACCESSIBILITY select the option AUDIO GUIDE turn it ON/OFF
