If the Roku device is unable to connect to the local network, the error code 014.50 appears. Even when the right wireless network has been chosen, and the password correctly entered, the device might fail to connect to your local network. The poor strength of the signal might also cause this error.
Contact the Internet Service Provider to check on functionality and if the services are fully functional then follow the below procedure...
Step 1: Press the home button on the TV remote to display the home screen and select SETTINGS
Step 2: Under Settings, select the SYSTEM
Step 3: Under SYSTEM, select ADVANCE SYSTEM SETTINGS
Step 4: Select FACTORY RESET and FACTORY RESET EVERYTHING
Simply press and hold the reset pinhole on back TV to reboot and restart the TV
