Things to Check…
- Make sure the WiFi Connection is functional
- The WIFI Modem/Router should be located within 10-15 Feet from the Television
- Check if other devices such as Cell Phone, Laptop connected to the same WiFi are functional
If they are, please follow the below steps
Step 1: Press the Menu button on the TV remote and scroll down to select OPTION and select NETWORK CONFIGURATION
Step 2: Select WiFi in the Network Configuration and enter SCAN NETWORK
Step 3: TV will display the available wireless network. Select the preferred WiFi Network and continue connecting the TV to the WiFi
IF the TV fails to connect to the WiFi then it is advisable that you reset the TV by following the below procedure…
- Press the Menu button on your TV Remote.
- Under Menu select OPTION
- Under Option select RESET
TV will display an on-screen message stating are you sure to reset YES or NO. Highlight Yes and push the OK button on your TV remote
The TV will restart in a few seconds. If it doesn’t, power on the TV using the Remote Control or manually. Once the TV is ON, follow the below procedure to reconnect the TV to the WiFi
- Press the Menu button on the TV remote and scroll down to select OPTION and select NETWORK CONFIGURATION
- Select WiFi in the Network Configuration and enter SCAN NETWORK
- TV will display the available wireless network. Select the preferred WiFi Network and continue connecting the TV to the WiFi
